  2. Log in to Zapier,select Formstack as your trigger Zap, and connect it to your Capsule account. This is where you can determine the action you’d like the Zap to take within Capsule after a form is submitted. 
  3. Map form fields to the relevant fields in Capsule.  You’ll be able to start sending form data to Capsule CRM in a matter of minutes.
